Altshuler Shaham Benefits is pleased to announce the appointment of Dana Granot as its new Deputy CEO, and Roy Fisher as her new VP Operations & Corporate Services.
Both Dana and Roy are highly experienced, successful and well-regarded business leader who, for almost two decades, has gained extensive management experience in the Stock Based Compensation field, specializing in stock administration, global tax of equity plans and costumer - client services.
In addition, we have integrated an in-house dedicated software development team to our ranks in order to provide our clients with the most innovative state of the art online software system in the industry. Head of our new technology department is our VP Technologies, Shani Shivatski, which has more than 18 years of experience in the field of developing administration software in the stock based compensation plans.
Together with the recruiting of a new Technology department and the new additions in our management team, we have expanded our staff by hiring numerous Account Managers with relevant and vast knowledge in equity plan services and accounts management, specializing with large scale global and public companies.
