Access Arrangements at Altshuler Shaham

The Altshuler Shaham Investment House places significant emphasis on providing accessible services to people with disabilities while maintaining their dignity and upholding their privacy, treating them courteously and with respect, and enabling them to obtain services independently, safely and equitably, pursuant to the Equal Rights of People with Disabilities Law 1998 and Equal Rights of People with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulation 2013 (hereinafter: the "Provisions of the Law”). For this purpose, we invest significant efforts and resources in making the necessary accessibility adjustments so as to enable a person with disabilities to obtain - independently and equitably - the services provided to all customers. Following is detailed information about access arrangements at Altshuler Shaham:

Access arrangements in buildings

Access at the Company’s Tel Aviv offices:

> Access arrangements and accessways to the building and Company’s offices - the building is in the process of being made accessible. Both regular and disabled access entrance to the building and Company offices is available from 19 Habarzel Street Entrance A or Lobby C. Car access for persons with disabilities is available - free of charge - through the parking facility on 1 Hanechoshet Street, subject to making prior arrangements, as explained below.

> Access to the Company’s offices - the Company’s offices are not fully accessible, due to ongoing renovations. To arrange alternative solutions, please contact the Accessibility Coordinator, whose contact details are listed above.

> Accessible parking for a vehicle belonging to a person with a disabled parking permit will be possible after prior coordination with the Accessibility Coordinator, whose contact details are listed above or through the main reception desk number - *5054. The building’s car park does not accommodate high vehicles. To arrange parking for a high vehicle, please contact the Accessibility Coordinator in advance or the main reception desk, as detailed above.

> Elevators - The surface outside and inside the elevators is adapted to persons in wheelchairs. If you require assistance to access the company's offices, please contact the main reception desk at *5054 or the Accessibility Coordinator.

> Accessible toilets are available at the building’s lobby and 6th floor.

> Induction loop hearing aids are available in the main reception desk of the company's headquarters.

The service stations are accessible.

Access at the Company’s Haifa offices:

> Access to the Company’s offices - the Company’s offices are not fully accessible and are in the process of being made accessible. Current accessways for people with disability - 18 Yohanan HaSandlar Street (Beit Rachel). > Parking - Accessible parking for a vehicle belonging to a person with a disabled parking permit is available on Bone Eliezer Street following prior coordination with the Haifa branch secretary, tel. 073-2331900. > Elevators - The elevators at the car park are accessible to people in wheelchairs. If additional assistance in needed, please contact the branch secretary. > The Company's offices offer accessible services > Induction loop hearing aids are available in the main reception desk of the company's headquarters.

Accessible customer service

Reception stations are equipped with hearing aids; an accessible waiting corner and and accessible toilets are available. Training Altshuler Shaham employees to provide accessible service: Our call center staff undergoes training with the aim of creating awareness regarding accessibility and providing employees with practical tools for accessible service.

To receive a response, please leave your contact information. > It is possible to schedule an appointment at the Company's offices. > To do so, please submit a request on the Company website’s accessibility page.

Filling out forms: If a person with disability is required to fill out forms in writing and finds it difficult to do so due to their disability, the service provider will assist that person in filling out the forms. If we receive such a request, we do our best to respond within 3 days, in an accessible manner.

Information about the website’s accessibility

This website meets the requirements of the Regulations of Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities (Adaptations for Service Accessibility) 2013. > Testing was made to ensure maximum compatibility with the Firefox browser. > The website provides a semantic structure for assistive technologies and supports the accepted pattern of using the keyboard by arrow keys, Enter and Esc to exit menus and windows. > The website has been adapted for display on commonly used browsers and on mobile phones. > Advice on access to persons with disabilities was provided by A-2- Z Marketing and Internet Access > To obtain the optimal user experience with screen reading software, we recommend using the latest version of NVDA software.

We believe in giving equal opportunity to people with disabilities to use the information presented on the website, and to provide them with an improved browsing experience. We aspire to ensure that our digital services are accessible to people with disabilities and have therefore invested significant resources in rendering the website as easy to use as possible, out of the belief that everyone deserves the right to live equitably, with dignity, convenience and independence.
