This summary of the Terms of Use of Altshuler Shaham’s websites is intended solely for your convenience. Reviewing the summary is not a substitute for reviewing the immediately following Terms of Use in their entirety –

The websites of the Altshuler Shaham Group include information and online services of the Group companies. Your use of the websites, including the content and services contained therein, constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions and to additional binding documents, including the Privacy Policy of the Group’s websites. Please read them carefully, as they form binding agreements between you and the Group.
The Site serves as an online portal to extensive information about the Group and includes a diverse range of information, content and services. The Site further enables you to digitally subscribe to various services and products of the Group, subject to the respective subscription terms of each product/service and to the provisions of any law.
The information and content on the Site do not constitute an opinion, recommendation or offer to purchase, sell or hold any financial or pension assets nor serve as investment marketing, advice, personal pension marketing, or the like. In any case of doubt regarding the need to obtain a professional opinion, you should contact the relevant professionals.
You may use the Site and participate in any activity of the Group solely in accordance with the provisions of the law and in a manner that does not cause harm to the Group or to the rights of any third party.
Use of the Site does not require registration. However, various areas and sections of the Site – such as the online subscription mechanisms for the Group's products, the submission of online applications, contacting the Group, signing up to receive information on various topics, etc. – may require registration and the provision of personal information. Users must be 18 years or older to register on the Site.
Altshuler Shaham respects Users’ privacy as demonstrated by the Group’s Privacy Policy.
Your use of sections that require registration, subscription to mailing lists or approval of the Binding Documents constitutes your explicit consent to receive advertising materials and direct mailing from the Group, including each of its companies. Advertising materials will be sent to you according to the contact information you provided to the Group.
All intellectual property rights in the Site are owned by Altshuler Shaham, or by third parties who have granted the Group the required rights of use. Trademarks of Altshuler Shaham Group companies are the exclusive property of the Group.
The Group may post commercial or advertising content on the Site, including content that originates from business partners and sponsors.
The Site is made available to you on an ‘as is’ basis. Use of the Site and any content or service contained therein is made entirely and solely at your own risk. The Group shall bear no liability for any damage caused to you, or to anyone on your behalf, or to any other third party.
The Group does not guarantee that the services and content of the Site will be undisrupted, or will be provided on a regular basis or without interruptions, or will be secureand error free, and nor will be immune from unauthorized access to the Group's computers and databases or from damage, breakdowns, malfunctions or failures.
The Group may revise the Terms of Use or any of the Binding Documents from time to time.
Use of the Site shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising out of the Binding Documents or the Site is vested solely in the competent courts in the District of Tel Aviv, Israel.

Introduction

Welcome to the websites of the Altshuler Shaham Group. The websites include information and online services related to the Altshuler Shaham Group and its business segments (in these terms: the “Site”). This Site operates at https://www.as-invest.co.il/. The Site and other sites of the Group also operate at other addresses, according to the Group’s discretion.

The Altshuler Shaham Group includes the following companies: Altshuler Shaham Ltd., Altshuler Shaham Finance Ltd., Altshuler Shaham Provident Funds and Pension Ltd., Altshuler Shaham Investment House Ltd., Altshuler Shaham Portfolio Management Ltd., Altshuler Shaham Mutual Funds Management Ltd., Horizon Digital Assets Ltd., Altshuler Shaham Financial Services Ltd., Altshuler Shaham Trade Ltd., Altshuler Shaham Real Estate Ltd., Altshuler Shaham Alternative Investment Funds Ltd., Altshuler Shaham Credit Ltd., Altshuler Shaham Credit for Business Ltd., Altshuler Shaham Construction Loans Ltd., Altshuler Shaham Finance – Pension Insurance Agency Ltd., Altshuler Shaham Guidance for Pension – Pension Insurance Agency Ltdand all subsidiaries, associated companies and affiliated companies (as defined in the Securities Law, 5728-1968) of these companies and any other company or partnership owned by the controlling shareholders of any of these companies, or a company held by such company or partnership ("Altshuler Shaham", the "Group", or "We").

Your use of the Site, including its content and services, including registration or access to the various sections that allow you to do so, constitutes your explicit agreement to these Terms, to the Privacy Policy of the Site and to additional provisions and rules that may be presented to you ("You" or the "User") when you use the various sections of the Site (collectively: the "Binding Documents").

The Binding Documents are drafted in the masculine form for convenience only and refer to all genders equally. Any reference in the singular form also imports the plural form, as applicable.

Please read the Binding Documents carefully, as they form a binding agreement between you and the Group and define your rights and obligations when using the Site. The Binding Documents may be revised from time to time, and you are therefore advised to keep abreast of updates. If you do not agree to the terms of the Binding Documents, please refrain from using the Site altogether.

The Binding Documents apply to the use of the Site through any computer or other end device (e.g., smartphones, smartwatches, tablets, and the like). Nothing in the provisions of the Binding Documents shall derogate from the provisions of any other agreement entered into between Altshuler Shaham and you, whether physical or online, nor from the provisions of any law.

The Site includes a translation of its content into different languages. In any case of discrepancy between the content of the Site in the Hebrew language and its content in any other language, the Hebrew version is the binding version.

Overview of Altshuler Shaham and the Site

Altshuler Shaham engages in managing investment portfolios for others and for itself, managing provident and pension funds, managing mutual funds, business credit solutions and more. The Site provides information, content and various online services that pertain to the Group, its business segments and its various products and services, intended for the general public at large and to various stakeholders, such as agents, employers, investors, media representatives, job seekers and other parties. In particular, the Site includes digital processes for subscribing to various activities of the Group and the option to submit online applications in various areas related to the Group's business.

Use of the Site is free of charge. Altshuler Shaham's homepage serves as an online portal to extensive information about the Group and includes a diverse range of information, content and services. The Site allows you, among other things, to digitally subscribe to various products and services of the Group, subject to the respective subscription conditions for each product/service and the provisions of any law.

The Group has the discretion to decide which services, content and information will be posted on the Site, the duration for which they will be posted, their location and their design and any other matter related thereto.

The information and content on the Site do not constitute an opinion, recommendation or offer to purchase, sell or hold any financial or pension assets nor serve as investment marketing, advice, including tax advice, personal pension marketing, or a substitute for such marketing which takes into account the specific needs and information of every person. You agree that any reliance on statements, positions expressed, advice or any other information posted on the Site is done at your discretion and solely at your own risk.

The Site includes information and content in various fields, including professional, legal or other specialized areas. For the avoidance of doubt, the content of the Site is intended to provide general information and guidance only. In any case of doubt regarding the need for professional guidance or opinion, you should contact the relevant professionals. Nothing on the Site shall be deemed as a commitment by Altshuler Shaham to achieve excess returns. As pertains to the Group's credit service, please be advised that failure to repay a loan or credit may result in default interest charges and enforcement proceedings.

Although Altshuler Shaham takes measures to ensure that the information and data on the Site are correct, established and reliable, Altshuler Shaham does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness and currency of the information nor its suitability for any particular purpose.

Detail Provision and Registration Procedures

The Site is intended for the general public. However, sections of the Site that require registration, the provision of details, or the input of access details provided to you in advance, are intended solely for Users who are 18 or older, or in accordance with the provisions of the law. You acknowledge and represent that you are at least 18 years of age when you use any of these services. Some of the Group services are intended for business customers only, depending on the relevant Group company and the nature of the service/product requested.

Use of the Site does not require registration. However, various areas and sections of the Site – such as the online subscription mechanisms for the Group's products, the submission of online applications, contacting the Group via online contact forms, signing up to receive information on various topics (newsletters and marketing content), etc. – may require registration and the provision of personal and identifying details, such as full name, telephone number, active email address, and additional details as required under the circumstances.

In most cases, it is required to fill in the details of the person who is the designated member or customer, so that the Group may contact him, send account-related documents or documents related to the subscription process, etc. When you provide such details, you may be required to actively and explicitly confirm your agreement to the terms and conditions of the Binding Documents, or documents that pertain specifically to the relevant product.

You will be able to complete the registration process in each of these cases after you provide the details requested during the process and after your consent to the relevant documents is obtained, if requested. If you are asked to provide details for the purpose of using any of the services of the Site, you must provide only correct, accurate and complete details. Incorrect details may prevent you from using the full features of the Site, frustrate the desired engagement and even frustrate the ability to contact you.

Use of various parts of the Site, such as the Personal Area (as specified below) may require the entry of a username and password (as chosen by you during the registration process or as provided to you by the Group), which will identify you each time you access the relevant section. The Group may determine, from time to time, additional or other identification methods. To prevent misuse, maintain the confidentiality of your username and password. Ensure that you change your password as frequently as possible.

The Group will use your details, including any information you enter or update in the Personal Area, in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Site, which constitutes an integral part of these Terms of Use.

The Group may prevent you from using sections of the Site that require registration, including the Personal Area, according to its discretion. Without derogating from the foregoing, the Group may block your access or cancel your registration to such sections, in any of the following cases –

If you deliberately provide incorrect details.
If you commit an act or omission that causes or might cause harm to the Group, or any of its companies, or any third parties, including other Users or suppliers of the Group.
If you use the Site, its services, or any of its content, to attempt to commit an illegal act, or an act appearing to be illegal on the face of it, under the laws of the State of Israel, or to enable, facilitate, assist or encourage the commission of such act.
If you breach the terms of the Binding Documents.
If you take any action that prevents others from registering on the Site or using it in any way.
Pursuant to a judicial order or the directive of a competent authority.
If you provide or disclose the username and password assigned to you for use by a third party.

The Group may employ various measures to monitor activity on the Site in order to detect cases of fraud or misuse. Without derogating from any other provision, the Group reserves the right to block or cancel your access or registration on the Site, according to its discretion, if it believes that your account with the Site was used to carry out such acts.

Personal Area

As part of the Site services, we may allow you to have access to a personal area on the Site ("Personal Area"). The Personal Area on the Site will generally allow you to view personal information about yourself that is found in the Group's databases and to perform various acts.
In addition to any other provision in the Binding Documents, the following rules apply to your use of the Personal Area on the Site:

Do not share the Personal Area and do not allow any third-party access to the Personal Area. Furthermore, do not do anything that would compromise the security of your Personal Area.
In the event that you become aware or reasonably suspect that security conditions have been breached or hacked, including, but not limited to, any loss, theft or unauthorized provision of the details of your Personal Area or unauthorized access to your Personal Area, you must immediately notify Altshuler Shaham, change your Personal Area details or follow the Group's instructions.
You are exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Personal Area details and for any use of your login details or the consequences arising therefrom.
You are responsible for any act that takes place via your Personal Area, regardless of whether or not such act was carried out by you, including, for the avoidance of doubt, acts carried out by third parties.
You undertake to oversee your Personal Area and prevent use thereof by any third party.

Sending Information, including Marketing Information

Your use of sections of the Site that require registration, subscription to various mailing lists or approval of the Binding Documents constitutes your explicit consent to receive advertising materials and direct mailing from the Group, including each of its companies, within the meaning of these in Section 30A of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982 and in the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981. Advertising materials will be sent to you according to the contact information you provided, by any existing or future medium. For the avoidance of doubt, such communications may include newsletters, surveys, approach on social media and similar and future technologies. You may withdraw your consent and give notice of your refusal to receive any or a certain type of advertising materials, at any time, by sending an opt-out notice. The advertising materials will specify how to send an opt-out notice. Even if you opt out of receiving advertising materials, the Company may send you operational notices and/or notices that it is permitted or obligated to send you by law.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, and particularly copyright, in the Site, in the services it provides and in all its content, including graphic designs, diagrams, photographs, computer codes, images, texts, multimedia and more, are exclusively owned by Altshuler Shaham, or by third parties who have permitted the Group to use them (such as business partners). You may not copy, distribute, publicly perform, transmit, make available to the public, create derivative works, sell or lease any part of these, in any way or by any means, without obtaining prior written consent from the Group or the other rights holders, as applicable and subject to the terms of the consent (if given).

Trademarks of Altshuler Shaham Group companies are the exclusive property of the Group. Altshuler Shaham's registered and unregistered trademarks may not be used without prior written consent. Trademarks and advertisements of advertisers on the Site (if any, including business partners and sponsors) are the property of such parties and may not be used without consent.

Use of the Site

You warrant and confirm that you have the full right and authority to use the Site and to undertake the Binding Documents. You agree to fully comply with the provisions of the Binding Documents and comply with the provisions of any law.

You may not use the Site in any manner other than as specified in the Binding Documents, unless you receive the Group's explicit consent to do so, in advance and in writing, and subject to the terms of such consent (if given). In particular –

You may not use the Site in a manner that constitutes or may constitute a criminal offense or a civil wrong under the provisions of any law, or that infringes the rights of any third party, including the right to privacy or intellectual property rights.
You may neither copy nor use content from the Site, including on other websites and apps, in electronic publications, in printed publications, and the like.
You may not employ means to circumvent, disable or overcome the Site’s security mechanisms, nor may you harm or interfere with its proper operation in any way.
You may not operate any computer application or any other means, including web crawlers, robots and suchlike software, for the purpose of searching, scanning, copying, or automatically retrieving content from the Site. Among other things, you may neither create nor use such means to create a compilation, collection or database that contains content or information from the Site.
You may not display content from the Site in any manner, including via any software, device, accessory or communications protocol that modifies the design of such content or omits any portion thereof.
You may not link to the Site and to its content from any source that contains pornographic content, content that encourages racism or wrongful discrimination, or content that violates the law, content that encourages activity that violates the law, or content the publication of which is in violation of the law.

You undertake not to mislead, defraud, make false representations or provide incorrect information when using the Site, and to act in good faith toward the Group and any other User when using the Site.

When you use the Site or whenever you otherwise contact the Group or any other User, you must refrain from transmitting or writing any content that is unlawful, sexually explicit, harassing, offensive, hostile, harmful, threatening, vulgar, racist, offensive to public sensibilities, encourages the commission of a criminal offense, may serve as the basis for civil liability or claims, constitutes defamation, infringes on privacy, or otherwise constitutes a violation of Israeli law.

Liability

Wherever the Binding Documents specify the liability of the Group, or any of its companies, or the absence of such liability, such references shall also mean the liability of its employees, officers and anyone acting on its behalf or under its authority.

The content and services on the Site are made available to you on an ‘as is’ basis. They cannot be customized to the needs of every individual or User. You shall have no claim, lawsuit or demand against the Group in respect of the characteristics of the content, the services and the Site, their capabilities, limitations, the rules applied to them and their suitability for you and for your needs. Use of the Site is made entirely and solely at the User’s own risk.

Although Altshuler Shaham makes and will make efforts to ensure the quality, reliability, completeness, accuracy and currency of the content of the Site, there may be bugs, errors or inaccuracies in the information presented on the Site. Altshuler Shaham is not responsible for, and shall bear no responsibility or liability for, any bug, mistake or error in the Site’s content or services, nor shall it be liable for any direct or indirect, consequential or incidental damage caused or to be caused due to access to or use of the Site, or due to any prevention of access to or use of the Site.

The Group does not guarantee that the services and content of the Site will be undisrupted, will be provided on a regular basis or without interruptions, will be secure and error free, and will be immune from unauthorized access to the Group's computers and databases or from damage, breakdowns, malfunctions or failures – and all, whether in hardware, software, communication lines and systems, either with the Group or with any of its suppliers. Altshuler Shaham implements generally accepted security measures to maintain the confidentiality of the personal information on the Site. Nevertheless, there is a risk of intrusion into the databases on the Site, into the information presented therein.

Links

The Site may contain links to various pages, websites and content on the internet that are neither owned by nor on behalf of Altshuler Shaham and are not controlled or supervised by the Group. The Group is not responsible for the content, completeness, reliability, currency and legality of such content, its suitability for your needs, the privacy practices of the content owners, or for any type of damage you may incur due to reliance on or use of information on the linked sites. The Group does not guarantee that the links on the Site will be operational and lead you to an active webpage and it may, at its discretion, remove previously included links from the Site and add new links.

Social Media

Altshuler Shaham provides Users of the Site with tools for sharing and linking content from the Site by means of social media and various online services, and we also direct Site Users to Altshuler Shaham’s various social media accounts, such as the pages operated by the Group on Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok and elsewhere. Use of these online services is made solely at your own risk and is naturally subject to the legal agreements (such as terms of use and privacy policies) that govern the operations of each of these platforms (which are neither on behalf of nor controlled by the Group).

Third Party Communication Services

Some of Altshuler Shaham's services entail the use of third-party communication services (e.g., WhatsApp and connection to cellular providers’ internet services) ("Third-Party Services"). Third-Party Services are provided by entities that are not part of the Group, and the Group is not responsible for the correctness, accuracy, performance or quality of these Third-Party Services.The Group shall not be responsible for the availability, content or operations of Third-Party Services. The User is exclusively responsible for the decision to use a service that entails the use of Third-Party Services. Furthermore, use of Third-Party Services shall be subject to any policies and terms of use, including privacy policies, of the relevant Third-Party Services.

Commercial/Advertising Content

The Group may post commercial or advertising content on the Site, including content that originates from business partners and sponsors. Altshuler Shaham shall bear no responsibility for content of this type that we publish on the Site on behalf of third parties. The Group does not write, review, verify or edit the content of such advertising. Responsibility for the commercial content and any results caused by use of or reliance on such content rests with the advertisers. Publication of content of this type on the Site does not constitute an endorsement of the services or products advertised. Any transaction you make following commercial content on the Site will be entered into directly between you and the advertiser. Except where expressly stated otherwise, the Group is not a party to any such transaction and shall bear no liability for any transaction of this type.

Careers

The Site includes information about job vacancies within the Group. Job postings on the Site typically include the description and requirements of the position, the method of and conditions for submitting applications, and the like. Naturally, job postings are subject to change from time to time based on the Group's needs. The publication of job postings does not constitute any commitment by Altshuler Shaham to fill the position.

Changes and Termination of Site Activity

Altshuler Shaham may remove, amend, update, revise or add any part of the information and content on the Site, from time to time, at its discretion, as well as terminate the activity of the Site for maintenance purposes. The Group may also change the structure, appearance and design of the Site, the scope and availability of the services on the Site, and any other aspect entailed by the Site – without giving prior notice thereof. Naturally, such changes may entail malfunctions or cause inconvenience at first. You shall have no claim or demand against the Group due to such changes or malfunctions that occur upon implementation thereof. The Group may discontinue the provision of all or any of the services on the Site, at any time, subject to the provisions of any law. In any case of discrepancy between the information you viewed while using the Site and the information in the offices of Altshuler Shaham, whether in its official documents or provided to you in writing or orally by employees of Altshuler Shaham, the information in the offices of Altshuler Shaham, in its official documents or provided to you by employees of Altshuler Shaham shall be deemed binding.

Law and Jurisdiction

By using the Site, you agree that all the laws of the State of Israel, without the choice of law rules determined therein and regardless of your actual location, shall govern the Binding Documents and any dispute between you and Altshuler Shaham. Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising out of the Binding Documents or the Site, or any dispute between you and Altshuler Shaham, is vested solely in the competent courts in the District of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.

Revisions in the Binding Documents

The Group may revise the Terms of Use or any of the Binding Documents from time to time. If we incorporate material changes into the Binding Documents, we shall post a notice on the Site’s homepage or send you notice according to the contact details you provided to us. If we incorporate such changes based on the provisions of any law, or a demand by a competent authority – the revisions will take effect according to the provisions of the law or such demand.
Continued use of the Site after the change attests to your agreement to the current Binding Documents, but we may ask you to confirm the current Binding Documents. If you do not agree to the updated version of the relevant Binding Document, you should stop using the Site. You may inspect the up-to-date Binding Documents at any time by clicking the appropriate link at the Site.

Privacy

The Group respects your privacy when you use the Site and various services of Altshuler Shaham. The Privacy Policy of the Site is an integral part of the Binding Documents. Because the Privacy Policy may be revised as necessary, you are advised to inspect it again from time to time.

Assignment

You may not assign any right or obligation under the Binding Documents, and you may not encumber, assign nor pledge the same, nor give any rights therein to any third party, without Altshuler Shaham's prior written approval. Any act or omission in violation of the foregoing is null and void. You agree that Altshuler Shaham may transfer its rights and obligations under the Binding Documents, at its discretion, provided that the recipient of the transfer assumes the Group's obligations to you under the Binding Documents.

Miscellaneous

Even if Altshuler Shaham does not enforce any provision of any of the Binding Documents, this shall not derogate from the binding force of the provision nor from any right or remedy available to the Group. If, for any reason, any provision of the Binding Documents is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, such provision shall be enforced to the greatest extent permitted and the other provisions of the Binding Documents shall remain in full force and effect.
